MGB GT V8 for Hire
This MGB GT V8 was the last of the GT's - launched in 1973 it featured the Rover V8 engine with overdrive as standard. Our hire car is one of the last to be fitted with proper chrome bumpers .The engine gives the car gusty performance and it keeps up with modern traffic easily. A top speed of 124mph was quick in the 1970's!
The enclosed MGB GT V8 body gives better headroom, a +2 rear seat area (big luggage space really) and a rear hatch style door in an attempt to persuade the family man he could still have a sports car with his young kids. The rear space will enable you to pack everything to enjoy your MG hire experience exploring the North Yorkshire area.
The 1970's saw car manufacturers introducing some really bright colours to their model ranges. MG were no exception and our MGB GT V8 is finished in a wild colour of Citron so dig out your flairs and enjoy a drive back to your youth - when you probably could'nt have afforded the car anyway!
Two seats. Fuel consumption: 25–29 mpg.
