Triumph Stag for Hire
Launched by Triumph in 1970, the Stag was designed as a GT package to take on the continental coupes with excellent styling, built in roll hoop, soft and hardtops plus a Triumph V8 engine. Rushed by hasty development and interfered with by the Leyland politics meant the car was not an immediate success.
However over the last few years the Triumph Stag has gained the status of a classic car and retro development has helped with many specialists marketing spares and technical advice.
Our Triumph Stag Automatic is a popular hire car on our fleet as it offers rear seat accommodation albeit cosy but with the roof down it's a great way to see the Yorkshire countryside and listen to the lovely V8 exhaust warble!
