Eden Camp Rally

This event is run by the Sunderland & District Classic Vehicle Society at the Eden Camp Museum near Malton, N.Yorks. This former POW camp is worth a visit in it's own right as it houses a WWll Museum complete with the chance to experience living through an air raid. A great chance to visit the famous Steam Railway and also see classic and vintage vehicles at the various stations on the line. If you missed the 60's event earlier in the year then you can catch up with this one!

Newby Hall Concourse Rally

One of the little advertised classic car shows in the North but it's attendance is so high, it doesn't have to!

Pickering Traction Engine Rally
31st July - 3rd August 2008
This is the North's Biggest Steam Event and runs for 4 days! Loads to see with different attractions each day. In addition to the Steam Engines, there's Classic Commercials, Vintage cars and motorbikes, Military vehicles, Buses as well as Fairground organs and lots of sideshows.
If you have never done a Steam Engine Rally then this is the one to go to - and when you have had enough of the steam and noise, you can retreat into the Yorkshire Moors Park for some peace and quiet!
