About Us
Country Lanes was set up by Robin Morgan who has combined his life long passion with Classic cars and his love of the North Yorkshire region.
He has always considered himself an honorary Yorkshireman from early family visits when he was only three years old! However his real contact with the area came in the 1970’s when he started work in Leeds and used to road rally around the North York Moors in a Mini Cooper but these days he enjoys the area more on foot or in a classic car.
The main aim of the company to provide the experience of driving a classic car whilst enjoying the wonderful Yorkshire countryside and scenery.
The cars are available for daily, weekend and weekly hire and a gift voucher service is available for an extra special present and we are happy to arrange special surprises if required.
Our policy is always to run all the fleet cars for at least 500 miles as soon as we acquire them. This enables us to totally assess the vehicle after having it fully serviced and inspected. All our cars are covered by RAC Breakdown service, just in case! Whilst we make every effort that the cars are reliable, you should remember the majority of the fleet are at least 25 years old and should be treated as such.
